Prepare short crust pastry of 120 gms of lour
- Pd Sugar 50gms
- Margine 50gms
- Egg 01
- Cake Crumbs 50gms
- Pd Cashew nuts 30gms
- Jam 20gms
- Almond essence a few drops
Baking Temperature : 150 degreeC
Baking Time 25-30 minutes
Method :
- Line the tart or tartlet moulds with short crust pastry and apply jam in them.
- Mix cake crumbs and cashew nut pwd together.
- Cream fat and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add egg to the creamed mixture and mix roughly adding theses.
- Add the mixture of cake crumbs and cashew nuts and mix well.
- Putthe mixture into the lined pastry cases and decorate with pastry strips.
- Bake at the required time and temperature.
